Abstract: I present an update on our recent theoretical developments for fast radio bursts. A salient feature is the coherence of the emission, leading to interference patterns in multi-path propagation, for extragalactic sources shared only by gravitational waves. This enables direct measurement of (micro) lensing masses, while repeat lensed bursts open the possibility of direct measurement of cosmic expansion and acceleration. Plasma lensing offers an opportunity for new windows on the emission mechanism.
