Abstract: The observational search for non-Gaussian statistics in the initial conditions of the universe is a powerful, multifaceted probe of the physics of inflation. In this talk I will outline the theory, describe different ideas for constraining primordial non-Gaussianity from observations, and present results from WMAP data.
