Waves & Bands: Compact binaries as producers of gravitational and electromagnetic radiation
Luis Lehner

Abstract: Compact binaries are ideal producers of gravitational waves and researchers are actively studying ways to detect and decipher the information carried out by them. As an “added bonus” these systems might be able to produce electromagnetic radiation and allow for studying them through different bands. This talk will concentrate on a few possible options and analyze their possible signatures.
