Illustration of residual problems in the IRIS data. Zodiacal bands are still present at 12 and 25 micron (see bottom left of the image). In addition some ISSA/IRIS plates do not overlap correctly in bright regions like here in Taurus (see sharp edge near the brightest part of the image). This specific example is the worst case found in the data. It is artificially strong here due to the log scaling used to construct the RGB image.
