I had the pleasure of attending the Solar System Mixing Workshop at the National Tsing Hua University in Hsinchu, Taiwan.  The purpose of the meeting was to evaluate planetesimal formation models and meteoritic data in light of the recent NASA Stardust mission.  By collecting thermally processed solids from comet Wild2, Stardust confirmed a “killer prediction”  of the X-wind model.  For a schedule of the meeting, go here.  My warmest thanks to the conference hosts at TIARA and ASIAA for their generous hospitality and support.  This page has photos of the workshop and our excursion to Taipei.  The next page covers my final day in Taipei.
