2010 - Leonard Susskind

Professor Leonard Susskind, one of the world's most influential theoretical physicists and the man who coined the term "cosmic landscape," is Felix Bloch Professor in theoretical physics at Stanford University.

He is a member of the National Academy of Science and the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, recipient of numerous prizes including the science writing prize of the American Institute of Physics. He is the author of two popular science books, The Cosmic Landscape and The Black Hole War .
